For those seeking the ultimate indulgence, the shellfish seafood platter is designed for sharing and features an impressive selection of the freshest shellfish, including the option to upgrade with local Folkestone lobster (when in season) please speak to a member of the team if you'd like to upgrade.

This experience MUST BE BOOKED AT LEAST 7 DAYS IN ADVANCE. To make a booking please call us on 01303 212070. Simply bring your voucher along when visiting us, presenting it at reception when you arrive. If booking in advance please quote your voucher number at the time of booking so we can store it against your reservation. Your voucher is valid for six months. Any additional expenditure on your bill above the amount stated on this voucher must be paid in full at the end of your meal. Rocksalt reserves the right to amend, cancel or withdraw this experience at any time. In the event of cancellation by Rocksalt, guests will be offered the choice of a full refund or a credit equivalent to the amount paid, redeemable against alternative products, dining or experiences at Rocksalt, subject to availability. If there is a remaining balance available on your voucher at the end of the meal this can be issued as a new voucher (by email) but the same expiry date will be applied.
