Join us at Rocksalt for an exclusive Chef’s Table Seafood Experience, created by Executive Head Chef Marcin Szelag and his kitchen team.
Enjoy a six-course seafood tasting menu showcasing the finest seasonal produce, with each course presented by our chefs as they share the inspiration behind every dish.
Hosted at our central banquette table in the heart of the restaurant, guests can enjoy harbour views and an intimate dining experience surrounded by the atmosphere of Rocksalt.
This experience MUST BE BOOKED AT LEAST 7 DAYS IN ADVANCE. To make a booking please call us on 01303 212070. Available lunch or dinner midweek and lunch only on Saturday & Sunday subject to opening times. Minimum 6 guests | Maximum 8 guests. One set menu for the whole table; all guests must dine from the same menu. Menu subject to seasonal changes based on the finest available produce. Cancellations made within 7 days of the experience will incur a 50% charge per person. Due to the nature of this experience, we are unable to accommodate dietary requirements or children. Simply bring your voucher along when visiting us, presenting it at reception when you arrive. If booking in advance please quote your voucher number at the time of booking so we can store it against your reservation. Your voucher is valid for six months. Any additional expenditure on your bill above the amount stated on this voucher must be paid in full at the end of your meal. Rocksalt reserves the right to amend, cancel or withdraw this experience at any time. In the event of cancellation by Rocksalt, guests will be offered the choice of a full refund or a credit equivalent to the amount paid, redeemable against alternative products, dining or experiences at Rocksalt, subject to availability. If there is a remaining balance available on your voucher at the end of the meal this can be issued as a new voucher (by email) but the same expiry date will be applied.
